The Company engaged in plantation business with main commodities are sugar cane (seasonal crops), rubber, tea, coffe and cocoa (perennial crops). The Company is based in Semarang and having plantation area in Central Java Province. PTPN IX has 2 division units, namely Seasonal Crops Division and Perennial Crops Division. The Seasonal Crops Division office is based in Surakarta and operates by 8 sugar refineries. The Perennial Crops Division is based in Semarang and operates 15 estates. The Company also supported by agrotourism business units with Banaran Coffe Semarang and Kaligua Brebes as its major agrotourism areas. According to the Company's 2012 annual report as cited by JobsCDc.om, the Company’s total revenue in 2012 reported 9.37% down, from Rp1.53 trillion in 2011 to Rp 1.39 trillion.

Requirements

Single Female with minimal education of Diploma (D3), preferably in the field of Secretarial.
Maximum age 27 years old.
Good looking.
Healthy physical / spiritual.
Have a good and effective oral/written commuinication skills.
Having the ability to manage office administration.
Able to communicate well.
Having the ability hospitality and friendliness,
Familiar with office administrative computer software (MS Office).
Able to work both individually and in teams.
