PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk - BTN (later known as Bank BTN) is a state-owned public-listed lender and is majority owned by the Government of Indonesia. As at the end of September 2014, the Government of Indonesia owns a 60.13% shares in Bank BTN with the remainder of the shares belonging to the general public. Bank BTN now has 3 regional offices, 65 branches, 223 sub-branches, 479 cash-outlets, 50 sharia outlets, 29 priority outlets, 1,830 ATM and directly employs approximately 8,451 trained staff. Bank BTN also in cooperation with 2,951 post office outlets throughout Indonesia. According to Bank BTN Analyst Meeting (30 September 2014) as cited by JobsCDC.com, Bank BTN successfully booked total assets of Rp 142.43 trillion in the end of September 2014, an increase of 15.50% (yoy) from Rp 123.32 trillion in the previous year mainly due to the growth on loan and deposit.

Due to facing fast business growth and expanding of business across Indonesia, PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk are currently taking applicants for the following positions:

Priority Banking Officer

Requirements

• Male/Female, not older than 32 years of age.
• Minimum having working experience in the field of banking for ± 3 years.
• Minimum having working experience in retail funding marketing for ± 1 year.

Relationship Management  Officer

Requirements

• Male/Female, not older than 30 years of age.
• Minimum having working experience in commercial lending marketing for ± 3 years.

General Requirements

1. Minimum education of a Bachelor Degree (S1).
2. Good appearance and good personality.
3. Have a broad customer base.
4. Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal).
5. Willing to be placed in all working units of Bank BTN.
6. Do not have a family relationship (father / mother / brother / sister / Child) with employees of Bank BTN.
