PT Bank BNI Syariah - BNI Syariah is one of the largest sharia banks in Indonesia, based in Jakarta. The Bank is a member of state-owned lender PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI). Organization Development & Human Capital Policy Officer

Requirements:

• Minimum education of a Bachelor Degree (S1) from a leading university, preferably majoring in Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field, preferably has also experience in business unit.

Industrial Relation Officer

Requirements:

• Minimum education of a Bachelor Degree (S1) from a leading university, preferably majoring in Accounting, Management, or Law.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field, preferably has also experience in business unit.

Training & Development Officer

Requirements:

• Minimum education of a Bachelor Degree (S1) from a leading university, preferably majoring in Industrial Engineering.
• Preferably 2 years experience in related field, fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.
• Familiar with project management or quality system.

General Requirements

1. Able to work in team and likes new challenge.
2. Have a high motivation and good integrity.
3. Good level in English.
4. Head office (Jakarta) based.
