PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk - ANTAM (IDX code ANTM) is a state-run mining company. ANTAM is registered in Jakarta and engaged in the field of vertically integrated mining and metals business (exploration, exploitation, processing, refining and marketing activities). ANTAM also running business in precious metals refining services.
ANTAM now has 9 directly-owned subsidiaries, and 7 affiliates. The Company is controlled by the Government of Indonesia. As of December 2013, the Government of Indonesia owns a 65% stake in ANTAM with the remainder of the shares belonging to the general public. In terms of financial performance, ANTAM showed a strong performance in 2013 and recorded a growth of 8% in total net sales amounted to Rp11.30 trillion over the previous year (Rp10.45 trillion in 2012).

General Requirements
- Indonesian citizen (WNI) with excellent health (physical and mental).
- Having a valid national identity card (KTP).
- Minimum age 18 years, maximum 35 years (as of 1 November 2014).
- Preferably Male with minimum height of 155 cm for the needs of the plant (operator and mechanic).
- Preferably local resident.
- Prioritized who already have work experience in a related field.
- Willing to be placed in all working units and subsidiaries of PT Antam (Persero) Tbk and PT ANTAM Energi Indonesia.
- Minimum SMA or equivalent with education major according to the requirements above and minimum average value of UAN (National Final Examination) / NEM of 5.5 (out of 10).
- Not involved in drugs abuse and/or criminal acts.
