PT Reska Multi Usaha - RMU or widely known as Reska is a rapidly growing business entity in Indonesia, based in Bandung and running business in the field of railways-based restoration, catering, parking, cleaning service, and general trading. Reska is a part subsidiary company of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) or KAI Group, a state-owned railways operator in Indonesia. As of December 2013, the majority of Reska's shares is owned by KAI Group with 95.01% shares ownership. Other 4.99% was owned by Pusaka Foundation. Reska was formerly known as PT Restoran Kereta Api (PT RESKA), which was founded in 2003. The name of PT Reska Multi Usaha was launched in 2010. The Company 5 area offices and 7 land kitchens spread in all over Indonesia. In terms of financial performance, PT Reska Multi Usaha posted an increase of 310% in total net profit from Rp 2.70 billion in 2012 to Rp 8.36 billion in 2013. This figures was stated by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) in its 2013 Annual Report as quoted by JobsCDC.com.
