Requirements

• D3 Secretary (Preferred) / S1.
• Have an understanding of arhieves guidelines.
• Have an understanding of correspondence and archives.
• Having a service-oriented attitude with a friendly and attractive appearance.
• Ability to communicate well and smoothly (communicative).
• Well proven in English (both spoken & written.
• Familiar with Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), data processing and Internet applications.
• At least 5 years of working experience as executive secretary.
• Employement status : Contract Employee (PWT)
• Placement : Dumai, Cilacap and Balongan (preferably local resident/living in same city as work location).
