PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) - Pelindo 2 or Indonesia Port Corporation (commonly abbreviated as IPC) is a state-owned port operator, based in Jakarta and having 12 port branches in the westren part of Indonesia. IPC's operational area covers 10 provinces namely West Sumatera, Bengkulu, Jambi, South Sumatera, Bangka Belitung, Lampung, Jakarta, West Kalimantan, Banten, and West Java. As a state-owned non-listed company,  IPC is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. To date, Indonesia Port Corporation operates 16 subsidiary/affilate companies. In terms of financial performance, Indonesia Port Corporation posted an increase of 12.83% in net operating revenues from Rp 5,420.60 billion in 2012 to Rp 6,116.08 billion in 2013. Meanwhile, total comprehensive income of IPC grew by 7.33% from Rp 1,868.66 billion in 2013 to Rp 2,005.67 billion as at year-end 2013. This figures was stated by Indonesia Port Corporation in its 2013 annual report as quoted by JobsCDC.com.
