Plant & Maintenance Trainer

Requirements

Male or Female with maximum age of 30 years old.
Minimum education of Senior High School (SMA).
Having relevant experience to the proposed position (min 4 years for SMA and 3 years for D3 / S1) in Mining Companies.
Have an understanding of the Training Need Analyst (TNA).
Having solid knowledge about the mining process, heavy equipments, and HSE procedures.
Able to manage subordinates.
Possess excellent presentation skills.
Preferably have Training for Trainers (TOT) and POP certificates.
Willing to be placed in the Site (Kalimantan Area).
