PT Bank DKI – Bank DKI is a reputable regional development banks in Indonesia and is owned by the Government of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta (DKI Jakarta). As of December 2013, the Regional Government of DKI Jakarta holds 99.95% shares in this bank, and other 0.05% was owned by PD Pasar Jaya. Bank DKI was founded in 1961 and originally registered as PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Djakarta Raya. The name of PT Bank DKI was launched in 2008. At present, number of office network that has operated reaching to 221 office networks spread in Jakarta and other major cities throughout Indonesia. In terms of financial performance, Bank DKI in 2013 showed a good improvement. Bank DKI successfully recorded a total asset of Rp30.74 trillion in 2013, or increased by 15.51% from 2012. Total third party fund (DPK) of Bank DKI significantly rise 7.15% worth as Rp22.12 trillion, better than 2012 period (Rp20.64 trillion). Marketing

Requirements

Male/Female, with minimum education of D3 from any majors.
Maximum age of 35 years old for those who have experience at micro banking.
Maximum age of 28 years old for fresh graduate or not having experience at micro banking.
Good looking, self confident, and have a good communication skill.
Target oriented and have a good integrity.
Have driving license class C (SIM C) and motor cycle.

Relationship and Collection

Requirements

Male/Female, with minimum education of D3 from any majors.
Maximum age of 35 years old.
At least 1 year of working experience in the field of marketing or collection at banking or financial institutions (micro banking will be an advantage).
Have a good collection skills, both soft collection and hard collection.
Have driving license class C (SIM C) and motor cycle.

Credit Reviewer

Requirements

Male/Female, with minimum education of S1 from any majors.
Maximum age of 37 years old.
At least 2 years of working experience at micro banking.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Have driving license class C (SIM C) and motor cycle.

Mikro Unit Head

Requirements

Male/Female, with minimum education of S1 from any majors.
Maximum age of 37 years old.
Experienced lead banking unit at least 2 years, preferably micro banking.
Experienced and understand the micro banking industry, as well as having the ability to analyze credit / micro-finance and collateral assessment.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Excellent negotiation, selling, and credit risk mitigation skills.
Have a good vision and strategy in developing units and targets achievement.
Have driving license class C (SIM C) and motor cycle.
