PLN was first established in 1961 as a working unit of the Ministry of Energy and Public Works. The name of PT PLN (Persero) officially registered in 1994. PT PLN (Persero) is domiciled in Jakarta (head office at Jl Trunojoyo Blok M I No. 135 Jakarta), with 48 business unit offices spread throughout Indonesia. Total income from operations amounted to Rp 26.63 trillion.

1. S1 / D4:
• Electrical Engineering, Power Lines, Power Systems (Code: S1 / ELE)
• Weak Flow, Electronics, Instrumentation, Control (Code: S1 / ALE)
2. D3:
• Electrical Engineering, Power Lines, Power Systems (Code: D3 / ELE)
• Weak Flow, Electronics, Instrumentation, Control (Code: D3 / ALE)
• Civil Engineering (Code D3 / SIP)

General Requirements

• Status is not married and willing to not marry during pre-service training.
• Male with age limits:
• S1 / D4: Birth in 1988 and thereafter.
• D3: Birth in 1990 and thereafter.
• Cumulative grade point average (GPA) ≥ 2.75

Documents Required

1. Application letter addressed to PT PLN (Persero) cq Kepala Divisi Pengembangan SDM dan Talenta.
2. Curriculum Vitae (CV).
3. Copy of birth certificate (akte kelahiran can be followed at the time of the interview).
4. Legalized copy of academic/graduation certifiacate (SKL).
5. Legalized copy of academic transcripts.
6. Copy of valid ID card (KTP).
7. Recent color photograph size 3x4 (2 sheets), please write your name on back side of the photograph.
8. For Cross Channel applicants (D3 are forward D4/S1), must attach their legalized copies of D3 diploma and transcripts.
