PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) - PT PLN (Persero) or commonly abbreviated as PLN is the national electricity company of Indonesia which has a monopoly on electricity distribution in Indonesia. The Company is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia which is responsible to electricity generation, transmission and distribution in the Indonesia. Originally registered as Jawatan Listrik dan Gas which was founded in 1945. In 1961, Jawatan Listrik dan Gas was transformed into Badan Pimpinan Umum Perusahaan Listrik Negara (BP PLN), a working unit within the Ministry of Energy and Public Works. The name PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) was established in 1994. The Company is domiciled in Jakarta (head office at Jl Trunojoyo Blok M I No. 135 Jakarta) and supported by 48 business unit offices nationwide. According to PLN Consolidated Financial Statements Second Quarter 2014 (Q2 2014) as cited by JobsCDC.com, PLN booked total revenues of Rp 145.11 trillion in Q2 2014. Total income from operations amounted to Rp 26.63 trillion.

General Requirements

Status is not married and willing to not marry during pre-service training.
Male, with age limits:

S1 / D4: Birth of 1988 and thereafter
D3: Birth of 1990 and thereafter

Cumulative grade point average (GPA) ≥ 2.75

Documents Required

Application letter addressed to PT PLN (Persero) cq Kepala Divisi Pengembangan SDM dan Talenta.
Curriculum Vitae (CV).
Copy of birth certificate (akte kelahiran can be followed at the time of the interview).
Legalized copy of academic/graduation certifiacate (SKL).
Legalized copy of academic transcripts.
Copy of valid ID card (KTP).
Recent color photograph size 3x4 (2 sheets), please write your name on back side of the photograph.
For Cross Channel applicants (D3 are forward D4/S1), must attach their legalized copies of D3 diploma and transcripts.
Final year students (with the graduation requirements no later than November 2014) are welcome to apply. Please bring the certificate which states are working on the final project / thesis when apply.
