PT Asei Reasuransi Indonesia (Persero) - Asei Re is a fast growing state-owned general insurance company in Indonesia.  The Company is based in Jakarta and engaged in providing insurance and credit guarantee services for export activities. Asei Re was established in 1985 and originally registered as ASEI or PT Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia (Persero). As of December 2013, Asei Re supported by 21 branch offices and 32 marketing offices nationwide. Organizational Development Analyst

Requirements

• Maximum age of 30 years old.
• S1 from reputable university majoring in Psychology or equivalent (GPA min 3.00).
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Experience in making and implementation recruitment and assessment.
• Experience create and making process performance management, organizational structure, career path, job description, job grading, and career path.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
• Dynamic, mature and committe the task.
• Excellent in English will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication an analytical skills.
• Good personality, result and detail oriented, positive attitude and team player
