PT Djarum - Djarum is the leading kretek (clove cigarette) manufacturer in the world and the second-biggest cigarette producer in Indonesia. Djarum produces and markets hand-rolled or machine-rolled cigarette products both for domestic and international markets. For domestic market, Djarum manufactures a variety of cigarrete brands for Indonesian consumers with principal brands Djarum Super, Djarum 76, Djarum Black, LA Light. Djarum's products has been exported since 1972. For international consumers, Djarum produces and markets Djarum Bali Hai, Spice Islands, Ten Mild. PT Djarum is based in Kudus Central Java and its head office is registered at Jl A Yani 28 Kudus. The Company was formed by an ethnic Chinese businessman Oei Wie Gwan in 1951. He bought a small cigarette company NV Murup with brand name Djarum Gramofon in Kudus, Central Java. PT Djarum officially launched in 1979. In 1998, PT Djarum led by the Hartono brothers, acquires majority control of the third biggest banks in Indonesia PT Bank Central Asia Tbk.

To support the business expansion and its organic growth, PT Djarum is looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following positions:

IT - Network Engineer

Requirements

• S1 in Information Technology / Information System from well-known universities with min. GPA of 3.00.
• At least 2 years of working experience as Network Engineer on Fiber Optic Network.
• This position is based in Jakarta and Kudus.

Frontliner

Requirements

• Min. Diploma degree (D3) with minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Possess an excellent interpersonal and communication skill, both in Bahasa and English
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience in similar position would be an advantage.

Internal Auditor

Requirements

• S1 in Accounting from well-known universities with min. GPA of 3.00.
• Experiences in Auditing is preferable
• This position is based in Jakarta and Kudus.

IT - System Administrator

Requirements

• S1 in Information Technology / Information System from well-known universities with min. GPA of 3.00.
• At least 2 years of working experience as System Administrator for Windows / Linux Server.
• Skills on VMWare, Openstack would be a plus.
• This position is based in Jakarta.

Training and Development Staff

Requirements

• S1 from all major with GPA of more than 3.00.
• At least 2 years of working experience in developing learning solutions.
• Have practical knowledge and skill of common learning methods and media, an exposure to blended learning will be an advantage.
• This position is based in Jakarta.

Human Resources

Requirements

• S1/S2 in Psychology / Law from reputable universities with min. GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
• For Psychology, graduates preferably with experience in assessment tools.
• For Law, preferably with advocate certification to represent company in courts (PERADI) or have experiences in Law Firm.
• Good communication and people skills.
